My Summer/Fall Parkour Training Video for 2013

Well, here it is! This is my second parkour video and my first smaller progression video. I wish I had done a lot of things differently, and I really wish I would have re-done certain scenes. But whatever. That's why it's called a "progression" video, not a "perfection" video, right? All in all, I am happy with what I have been learning and improving on since my first sampler.

This 2-minute video summarizes my last six months of training since returning to the U.S. after living in Brazil for two years. Getting re-adjusted to the weather and small-town life has been somewhat difficult, but my husband and I continued to train whenever we could. In the video, you will see some scenes from Colorado and Minnesota (where I am currently living.)

My main focuses have been speed and flow, which I believe have improved since my last video. There is nothing too monstrous or exciting here, just some small sequences I have captured over the last few months.
I used my own music for this video, which I created by mixing sounds from my keyboard. It's nothing special, but I plan to improve and continue using my own songs for future parkour videos!

Feel free to leave a comment telling me what you think! If you have any tips, they are more than welcome!
